I understand the Brazilian squad does not perform with the same or similar flair as in 1958, 1970, and in 1982, when soccer was played as it had to be played. Back in those days, we could say that Brazil, Argentina, Germany, and Italy were the best in the planet. Today, however many issues are involved when our idols enter the field. Among these issues, transfer [Kaka, for example], and sponsorship — when big corporations sponsor a player, they do not want that player to get hurt. But, of course, it is not only that: nowadays, soccer slyles have been unified. There are Brazilian players in almost every country in the world. Therefore, those who play with him may certainly have a tendency to imitate the way he plays. So, it becomes hard to say if there is a good team or not. To be honest, I consider a good team the one that kicks the ball and hits the net inside the box. This is an episode that may happen between any team. We only know how good a team is when the referee blows the whistle after 90 minutes and one and of the two squads has at least one goal in advaantage.

Let’s see. We only know the best team when that team has at least one goal in advantage; mainly when the referee blows his whistle after 90 minutes of game. That old story about the best team sounds like a fairy tale these days. Soccer styles have been unified. Players do their jobs with similar flair and that seems to be the least of their worry. The key word nowadays is “winner”.

First let me congratulate the Egyptian Team on being that close to acctually winning the match, which i thought will happen.
Egypt had that game but we started losing control of the game @ the end. I hope Egypt can pull it off with Italy, but we all know that this is kinda of somewhat impossible.
GOOD LUCK EGYPT
